Lake Naivasha Country Club is perched atop the bluffs overlooking the lake, a vibrant home base for visitors exploring the natural beauty of Kenya’s Great Rift Valley and Lake Naivasha.

Lake Naivasha Country Club  traces its roots back to the 1930s and now owns an expansive 55-acre lot replete with beautiful gardens, open lawns, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, and, of course, shady acacia trees. In its own slice of natural paradise, the Country Club offers adventure, comfort, and helpful, friendly staff for the vacation, conference, or wedding of your dreams.

It’s old Colonial architecture, which goes back to its 20th-century foundation as a stop on Imperial Airways’ service from Durban to London, houses an assortment of comfortable, elegant guest rooms and cottages, all with private bathrooms: 33 Standard Rooms, 11 Deluxe Rooms, 3 Executive Cottages, 2 Executive Suites, and 1 two-bedroom Presidential Cottage (a hypoallergenic room is also available for guests who require it).

Apart from Lake Naivasha Country Club’s onsite facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, a dining hall dedicated to serving local fare, and plenty of outdoor and indoor space for events and gatherings, guests can make use of the onsite fitness center and enjoy a cocktail in front of the crackling fireplace or the grand bay windows in the residents’ lounge. Lake Naivasha Country Club also organizes activities such as exotic bird watching and boat excursions to the nearby Crescent Island, which is known for its abundant African wildlife.
